I've been a Boomer, well, since birth...did all the groovy, hippie things in her teen & college years (or as many as I could get away with having a very Italian father...), and am to this day extremely proud of being a part of this most extraordinary generation. But I'm finding out how many of us have lost touch with our Boomer greatness - happens through years of having to act like a grown-up (you know, doing little things like raising kids and making a living...). So, many of us don't realize how many of the things that are staples of our society today are things we made happen, from environmentalism to doing what you want to do in your life vs. doing what's "expected" of you. There's along list, and you'll see all of them here on my blog. I Coach Boomers BECAUSE we have lost our generational mojo, which means we've lost ourselves. My commitment, personally and professionally, is to help my generation get it back - and once again make the major changes this world needs if we're to leave it a better place than it was when we came into it. It's a tall order - and only we can do it!
